project cooperations

Achieve more together or on your own? Especially in the area of socio-cultural networks offer great potential to bring together the experiences of different individual actors and to create synergies.

This is why we also cooperate with other initiatives and associations. By reaching different target groups with our projects, we have constantly expanded the network of our project partners. Over the past few years, we have grown in contact with local, regional and international players. We can look back with satisfaction on many years of cooperation with our partners. But we are also always interested in new connections.

implement own ideas

Starting your own project is not a task to be underestimated. That is why we offer all committed project initiators advice and support on issues such as project financing and planning, founding and running an association or cooperation opportunities.

We support you in the different project phases (definition, planning, implementation, conclusion). In order to make the work on your project easier for you and us, it is important that you consider the following points:

  • Project sketch: Do you have an exciting project idea? This is a good start. Do you also have a project outline? Even better. A well-formulated description simplifies communication within the team, presentation to potential project partners and, above all, applying for funding. The basis for this is a project outline in which you describe the initial situation/problem, goal(s), (potential) cooperation partners, concrete measures and evaluation possibilities.
  • Budget plan: an important addition to your project description is the cost and financing plan. Basically it is about the comparison of the project expenses (fees, material, travel costs, rents, catering etc.) and income (own funds, subsidies, donations etc.).
  • Administrative charge: please note that for each project we support, 10% of the total expenses are included as administrative costs. This allocation serves to cover our running costs. In return, you can, of course, draw on association resources (technology, contacts, experience in project management and accounting and much more). With some sponsors this can be considered in the application.

Once you have compiled all the documents, we will be happy to discuss your project idea together and accompany you through its implementation. Send your request to
